Show Formulas in Excel
To view the formulas in excel instead of the values you can use the shortcut keyboard command
CTRL with the ¬ key (allen key usually next to the number 1 key)
To go back to view values simply repeat the command.
Increase the font size in Word, PowerPoint or Publisher
This shortcut keyboard method will allow you to see the changes in font size as you work.
CTRL + [ to decrease font CTRL + ] to decrease font
1 Highlight the text required for resizing
2 Hold down the CTRL key together with the [ key (square bracket usually next to the letter P key)
